1. What CareerSpark provides
CareerSpark offers free, general-purpose career tools and educational material for job seekers. In the current version, the cover-letter, resume-bullet, and interview tools generate prompts that you may copy into a separate AI service. The job-keyword checker performs a basic word-overlap comparison locally in your browser. CareerSpark does not currently operate its own AI model for these tools.
2. General information only
CareerSpark does not provide recruitment, legal, financial, immigration, or professional employment advice. The website does not decide whether you are qualified for a job, and it does not guarantee an interview, offer, promotion, or other employment outcome.
3. Accuracy and responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing prompts, text, keyword comparisons, and any output from another AI service before relying on or sending it. Verify job titles, employer names, dates, qualifications, skills, numbers, and other claims. Do not present invented achievements, credentials, employment, or results as facts. A keyword overlap percentage is not an official applicant tracking system score and does not predict a hiring decision.
4. Your information and third-party services
Text entered into the four tools is processed in your browser by the current code and is not submitted to a CareerSpark AI server. If you copy that text to a separate AI service, you do so under that provider's terms and privacy policy. Contact-form submissions are handled by Cloudflare infrastructure and FormSubmit for delivery, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or unlawful material through the site.
5. Acceptable use and security
You may use the site for lawful personal or professional job-search tasks. You must not use it to send spam, harass others, submit unlawful or malicious content, interfere with the site, probe or bypass security controls, automate high-volume requests, attempt to overwhelm the contact channel, or use the website in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law. We may restrict requests or disable the contact form to protect the service.
6. Availability and changes
The website is offered on an “as available” basis. Tools, content, or external integrations may change, be interrupted, or be removed without notice. We may introduce new features or advertising in the future; if that materially changes how information is processed, the relevant notices and settings will be updated before activation where required.
7. Intellectual property
The CareerSpark website design, code, branding, and original site content are owned by or used under licence by the site operator, except for third-party components and materials. You may use the tools' generated prompts and your own text for personal or professional purposes. These terms do not transfer ownership of the website or grant permission to copy and republish substantial portions of the site's content as your own.
8. No warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its tools are provided without promises that they will be error-free, available at all times, suitable for a particular purpose, or produce a particular outcome. We take reasonable steps to maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or completely secure operation.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the site operator is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on unverified career information, third-party AI outputs, external services, interruptions, or your use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under mandatory law.
10. External services
Links to third-party websites and the use of services such as Cloudflare, Turnstile, FormSubmit, or an AI provider are subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy practices. CareerSpark does not control the availability or operation of those third-party services.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website changes. The “Last updated” date will be revised when material changes are made. Your continued use of the site after updated terms are published constitutes use under the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
12. Operator and contact

Before operating commercially or enabling advertising, the site operator should publish their legal identity, suitable contact details, and any governing-law or dispute information required by applicable law. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
